Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an on-site consultation with the owner, Kyle Erdmann, to discuss potential possibilities for your backyard. Kyle will do a detailed analysis of the property & landscape to begin conceptualizing a design. Based on scope of work & existing conditions we will work together to establish a budget for your outdoor space.
Design Rendering
The next step in our process is to meet with the lead designer, Becca Erdmann, on-site. She will go over all details on spatial design, functionality, & personal aesthetic. We recommend having any inspiration, ideas or design style prepared for this meeting. She will then turn the concept into a 3D visual rendering. Alongside the rendering, Kyle will prepare a budget proposal with details on the products included in the design. This step in the process has a $5,000 fee that will be applied to your total project cost when you choose to move forward with Erdmann Outdoor Living.
Build Phase
Once we have finalized the design and proposal, the build phase will start. Kyle and Becca work hand in hand with our in-house crews and project manager to ensure the same level of quality during the build phase. With the 3D rendering and detailed drawings, the Erdmann team will bring your design to reality.
